A hostile work environment occurs when management, supervisors, or coworkers subject an employee to unwelcome conduct based on the employee’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information, and:

-The offensive conduct has essentially become a condition of continued employment, or

-The unwelcome conduct is severe or pervasive such that a reasonable employee would consider it intimidating, hostile, or abusive.
