Ms. Kraics also represents government contractors and private employees, specializing in claims of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, USERRA violations, wage and hour disputes and severance negotiations. Her practice includes Federal administrative court appearances nationwide in Washington DC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York City, Miami, Indianapolis, Dallas, Phoenix, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, San Antonio, New Orleans, and Charlotte. In addition to a deep portfolio of work across the entire labor and employment spectrum, Ms. Kraics has extensively written and litigated issues involving sexual harassment and gender disparities within Federal and public workplaces.
